Further Processing

Cutting Process: using cutting processes to produce Single or multiple component. Depending on the requirements, the screen parts are available as single-layer or multi-layer parts, as well as in a folded design with or without a frame.

Expand: Single-layer or multi-layer wire mesh is deep-drawn into a three-dimensional shape by manual or automatic means. The dome shape provides a larger filtration area than a flat disc.

Filter Cartridge: The filter cartridge refers to the single-layer or multi-layer wire mesh formed into a smooth or wrinkled cylindrical shape by spot welding or seam welding. Support bases and connectors available upon request

Conical Part: A smooth or corrugated tapered part that can be formed from single or multiple layers of wire mesh. The parts can be produced as a single piece or as partial segments, providing supports and frames if necessary.
